The program I've made doesn't use SQL queries and a partial copy of the BDE engine is included with the program. if you set the BDE to use an ASCII driver, then this becomes very difficult. In some versions of the BDE (4.5 and 5.0), there are problems with the US ANSI driver. I open the "Station Administrator" again (set the database path again) and try "Diagnosing this computer," which tells me to install the language driver by running the BDE install again.
