They seem to be denying traffic from inside the LAN to anywhere else in the LAN (besides 96.1 and 96.3 that is) and then in the 4th line allowing that same I have 5 more customers connected to the distribution switch and i can ping their public ip addresses except only this customer.can u draw topology for that.. Does the LAN port on your laptop comes on or it flickers on and off? You need to set your laptop IP on 192.168.0.X subnet 255.255.255.0 You need to confirm interface Vlan1 is up physically and on the line protocol.
