I can ping the printer from a command promp, and can hit it from Mozilla. I can print from my computer, but from my wifes I can not. There are two backslashes at the beginning of UNC shares, not one. A general fix I've ran into before is to release the IP Address, flush the DNS, and renew the IP Address.
