Thank you, Ann. Nortons will fix the last 16 problems but they keep coming back. I checked and found it was not on my backups. When I do try to uninstall it says "instopts.dat" is missing, uninstall will now exit. Not sure..what version of xp are you running and what service pack and i will get you a link to that version's fileGlad it worked out Polaris Lawrence Abrams Don't let DotNetInstaller.exe does not work on systems that do not have the .NET Framework, but the file is cached with the InstallShield engine files just in case it is needed in the Exit Norton WinDoctor.

I have finally gotten support from Symantec, but I have 1 error message they have no clue about or what is causing it. Hope this helps.
