There is an Administrative Tools folder at the address: C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Administrative Tools\ There's also my "personal" one at: C:\Users\Elmer B. croydon 12:43 24 Jun 03 I ran compmgmt.msc and the Computer Management window opened with System Tools, Storage and Services & Applications in the right-hand pane. Too late to check that now as I restored an image & it's working fine now.
