Cannot Access Companyweb Sbs2003

Several weeks ago something changed on our server and I cannot determine exactly what changed, but I cannot no longer access http://companyweb while on the server. When I attempt to access http://companyweb/ on the browser, it asks for credentials but no user login will work.
