Had to manually remove duplicated calendat entries but after next sync error dissappeared. Using Outlook 2007 SP2 (current as well). I only synced it once and a second sync may cause the problem to reappear but I am too chicken to try it right now. The conflicting item is stored in the Conflicts folder. An InfoBar appears at the top of any item that has another copy of the item stored in the Local Failures folder. I posted on several forums too. Everything works fine except no new contacts or calendar appointments will sync.
