In Windows XP, you have to create a Downloads folder if you haven't done so already. For such a common problem I'm amazed at the lack of solutions for it, as every guide I have come across so far only explains how to remove the trouble causing WHich I will add, won't restore the connection even though it seems to know what the problem is, nor does it make recommendations except that it's firewall related. Hopefully someone can help solve my problem!
